Fall is finally in the air. This time of the year is by far one of my favorite, not only for football but also for cooking. As luck would have it, I have a project going live this weekend. I will be tied up before the game and am not cooking. However, I will be sending some pork dishes down with Julie. So, the tailgate is on. Mrs. Jarmon will be cooking up some more sides.
I am not sure how I am going to prepare the pork, but I have two large pork loins that I will be sending down. I may have Julie throw them in the oven or I may smoke them ahead of time.
